Corrections

If something on this site is wrong, out of date, or attributed to the wrong business, we want to correct it. That is true whether you are a consumer, an owner, or the authority.

How to reach us

Email corrections@carecitations.com with the page address and what is wrong. Include the correct information and, where possible, where it can be verified.

What we will do

• If our page misreports the source record, we fix it and note the correction.
• If the source record itself has changed, we re-ingest and the page updates with a new as-of date.
• If you dispute the underlying finding, that dispute belongs with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), which owns the record. We will note on the page that the finding is disputed, and we will show any outcome the authority publishes.

We do not remove accurate public records. We do correct our reproduction of them, promptly.
