This is the one we most want to hear about, and it has its own route: Corrections. Corrections are handled the same whether you are a consumer, a business owner, or the authority.

What we cannot do

We cannot change a regulator's record, remove an accurate public record, or advise you on a decision. A dispute about a finding itself belongs with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
